Miyajima Guesthouse Mikuniya is a traditional Japanese-style guesthouse located on Miyajima (Itsukushima). It has a beautiful Japanese garden and a large living room, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Our friendly mascot cat will welcome you! We are in a great location — only 5 minutes on foot from Itsukushima Shrine and Daisho-in Temple, and 15 minutes from the Mt. Misen trail entrance. You can choose between tatami rooms with futons or shared dormitory rooms with wooden beds. Dinner includes our special Mikuniya curry. We also offer private baths and rental bicycles. In the shared lounge, you can enjoy Japanese cultural experiences like calligraphy and origami, and meet people from all over the world. We hope your stay in Miyajima will be full of unforgettable memories and wonderful encounters.
